My chiropractor background and my love for strength sport gave me a taste for movement and perfection. I value prehab work, strength basics and lifting technique a lot. I think these are fundamental pillars to build great strength and to perform in the sport of Fitness.
Aside writing programs with the Team, I work 1 to 1 with CrossFit Elite athletes.
