Preparation:

Eat enough. 
Eat high carbohydrates in prep to peak recovery.
Sleep, 7+h 
Drink 3+l of water 
Eat 5+ portions of fruits and veggies (combined)
30min walk / 30 mins of mobility 
10min 'mindfullness' time. 

Complete all of the above.
