A) Gymnastics
Accumulate as many rounds as possible in 4mins:

2 C2B
1 Bar Muscle Up
*does not have to be UB.

B) Strict Muscle-ups
5 sets:
1 chest to rings
Max Unbroken strict muscle ups
*This is an UB complex.

*feet supported for 3 reps if needed.

C) Max
Establish a Max in 10:00 for:
1 hang clean
1 squat clean
1 jerk

D) Drop Sets:
Every 90sec:
1- 1 round of the complex, 85%
2- 50ft HSW
x 4 each.

E) Work
5 rounds for time:
400m run
15 thrusters, 30
15 Burpee Box overs
