1 squat clean
1 power clean

2 Split jerks
*build to a heavy, all working sets. Touch and go.

B) Deadlift:

2 x 2 @ 75%
2 x 6 @ 70%
After each set complete 5 Box Jumps 34/20" 2:00 rest

C) 'SPORT':

2 Rounds
80 Wallball
20 Power Snatch @ 60/40kg
