B - 3 C2B pull-ups

 

B) Snatch Balance :

3 x 3 reps

2:00 rest between sets

**non heaving, this is for speed under bar and footwork.

 

C) Back Squat:

2 x 2reps @ 85%

1 x MEreps @ 75%

2:00 rest between sets

 

D) Work:

Every 5:00 x 3 sets

1 x MAX EFFORT 400m Run
