A) OLYMPIC LIFTING:

CLEAN AND JERKS Every 2:00 x 6
1 squat clean
1 power clean

1 Split jerk
*build to a heavy, all working sets. Touch and go.

B) Deadlift:

2 x 2 @ 75%
2 x 10 @ 50%
After each set complete 5 Box Jumps 34/20" 2:00 rest

C) 'SPORT':

3 Rounds for time:
100 Double Unders
8 Hang Cleans, @ 80kg
