A) Snatch:

1 power snatch, 1 squat snatch 3 Strict Muscle-ups

B) Snatch Grip Deadlift:

4x2 reps
Rest as needed.

C) Back Squat:

2 x 5reps @ 70%
1 x MEreps @ 80% 2:00 rest between sets

D) Work: For time:
