B) ACC::

15 DB Squats, 2 x 22/ 15 5 Bar Muscle Ups
Rest as needed.

C) WORK: EMOM 30

A -3 Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Jerks, 70/50kg B - 40 Double Unders
C - 7 Toes To Bar (for form and recovery)
