Development:
Light load, technical focus.

3 Muscle snatch
3 Power snatch
3 Snatch balance

Working Set:
5 x 1 + 1, Squat Snatch + Hang Power Snatch
3 x 3 hang snatch pulls
4 x 2 OHS, 85%

All sets are heavy working sets, do not count the building sets. All sets and reps as heavy as possible.

6 OHS, 70/ 50
9 Burpee Box Overs

Rest 5:00 x 3 rounds.

Max effort pacing, redline but aim to stay unbroken on the muscle ups. If needed scale the muscle ups to whatever you can complete an unbroken set at.
