Mindset Training- Limitless Coaching


The 3 pound of muscle requires fuel, training and recovery if you require it to perform under pressure and effectively over the next  six weeks you will be set mindset challenges to implementing as part of your training the tools and knowledge shared are what is used by elite that understands the importance of there mindset and well being in sport and life Just like the physical training you get out of it. 

Week 1 - Pen to to Paper Goal Setting. Your Goal is your Goal you need to be invested in it more than anyone else. Expectation will end your world before any workout will. Goal setting is the most simple and effective way of acknowledging your own progress and staying in your own lane. The challenge set a six-week goal and write it down. Be real with yourself don't have a heavy expectation around your neck. Has your nutrition been tight? Have you followed the physical program? Have you trained mentally? Are you sleeping enough? 12 weeks until the OPEN if you train one hour a day 5 days a week that's 60 hours of opportunity to learn and grow in preparation in training. If it can’t be measured it can’t be managed. After 6 weeks reassess the above areas and set another 6- week goal aligned with your objective.
