2 x Burpee Pool Muscle-up (in and out) 25m Swin
3 x Burpee Pool Muscle-up (in and out) Adding one BPMU each length

**Burpee Pool Muscle-up (in and out) Chest and thighs to base of pool
Then reach full arm extension on teh edge of the pool. To be completed at the deep end.
