3 x ME STRICT PULL-UP with 15 seconds rest between sets

 

B) Wallace:

Every 3:00 x 15 (alternate between)

A - 600m Run

B - 30 Wallball + 20 Box Jumps + 10 Burpees

C - 20 Cal Row + 15 Swings + 20 Jump Lunges

KB - 32/24kg
