ENDURANCE

A) Front Squat: 

15 rep max, UNBROKEN, (add 5kg) 

**As soon as you finish the last rep complete

3 x ME STRICT ring muscle ups with 15 seconds rest between sets

 

B) Wallace: 

EVERY 5:00 x 10 (5 of each alternating)

A - 750m Row + 60 Double Unders + 40 Squats

B - Run 600m + 40 DB Snatch + 20 Burpees to 6"

 

Snatch @ 22.5/15kg
